Firstly, I got my first ever $100 note for my birthday (which was in March, but I have a forgetful family, so they're excused) and I've since spent it on a load of books and this AWESOME Star Wars poster. It's honestly the coolest thing in my room at the moment.
Then on friday! It was the last day of year 11, which was a bit frightening because I don't want to leave school because that'll mean I'll have to get a job and move out and clean and cook for myself and I don't like to think about awful things like that... Yeah, I went to school on the last day!
Sunday was my annoying little brother's 13th birthday (French The Llama - THIRTEEN!) and he had a party and it was quite boring, but I managed to catch these few photos that made it seem like at least he had fun:
Then I took this photo of my first-cousin-once-removed (I don't think there are meant to be hyphens but you know what I mean) and I thought this was a nice photo, which is why I'm sharing it with you.
Also on Sunday, my sister and her dude came over to officially announce their engagement. Mum had already told everyone.
FINALLY on Monday... which was yesterday... gosh, was it really only yesterday? Yes, it was. Anyway! Yesterday, I went to a Nerdfighters meet up and only one other person showed up, which really sucked but we had fun. We had Pancakes at the Rocks. Real good pancakes. And we walked around watching the buskers at Circular Quay. And we went statue hunting and found only five statues. Then we spent over an hour in Dymocks, before finally going to another bookstore where I bought two books made of Awesome. Oh, and we saw this and weren't sure what it meant but I took a picture just in case:
OMFG. THERE WAS A NERDFIGHTER'S MEET UP?!?!?! :O HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS?!??!?! *FAINTS*
ReplyDeleteAnd also, are you dropping out/moving out after year 11?
This is Jess btw. :)
OMG HI JESS! There was a discussion thing on the Aussie Nerdfighters! page. And no, I'm not dropping out after year 11 (there's still year 12, silly!)
